Knowing that you can openly and honestly communicate with your Realtor to convey your concerns or ask the necessary questions is even more significant as the process goes on. This process can take up to 6 months and is stressful. The Realtor should be someone you trust and can get the job done; someone who communicates with you openly and honestly and is available for questions. The Realtor should also be experienced with short sales.
