I’m not your average Realtor, that’s for sure! I pride myself in negotiating hard and asking the necessary questions to obtain the best possible deal. You will find that although I am casual in our negotiations, there is no one  tougher when it comes to negotiating with the bank and other parties. I enjoy what I do and believe I bring good nature and spirit to a process that is not fun for anyone.

My goal is to develop a trusting relationship with my clients. Open, honest and regular communication is key to this process and I need your honest feedback on what you are looking for, the houses you like and what you do and don’t like. Efficiently pinpointing the home you want is my job but helping me get there is yours.

You obviously have many Realtors to choose from and it’s important that you feel comfortable with the one you choose. It’s also important that you find someone with the right qualifications. If you are in the market for a short sale, you should make sure you have someone working for you who specializes in the complexities of this type of sale. It is not for the inexperienced or faint of heart!

In my time living and working in Las Vegas, I saw the boom and bust of the real estate market there. While devastating for homeowners, the experience taught me a lot about how to navigate the short sale process. I quickly learned not only what it takes to negotiate with banks on a tactical level, but how the process affects my clients and the kind of questions they have and support they need throughout the process.

News reports of late make it seem that anyone can scoop up a great deal on the short sale or foreclosure market, but that’s not what most people encounter. Regardless of what the news reports say, in certain price ranges, available homes are hard to find. Staying on top of current, up to date listings and guidelines is critical. That’s my job, watching out for my clients.

In addition to my experience as a Realtor and short sale specialist, I’ve managed multiple properties and investments in both California and Nevada. This market is one that hasn’t been seen for decades, if ever. It’s a market where price and buying power are just as vital as the person doing the showing.

Whatever old conceptions you may have about a Realtor, wipe them away. I pride myself in my ability to deliver honest, ethical, clear and concise feedback; so much so, you may not want to hear it. My goal is to create a comfortable situation to allow a stress-less transaction. If we are being honest, buying a home isn’t easy. Selling a home isn’t easy. My passion is getting in and playing hardball. Remember, I don’t get paid, until the deal is complete.
