Overall absorption rate is up, which is a great thing for home buyers. Roseville is almost at 2 months of inventory, which is more than we’ve seen in over 12 months. The average home sales price in Rocklin is $425,274.25. The average home sales price in Roseville is $376,780.00 The majority of the homes being sold are in the $300,000-$550,000 range. Distressed properties sold for the month of July are at an overall decrease. We are moving more towards a traditional market.
